Si vous avez rat\u00e9 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente recette, vous pouvez retrouver mes tartelettes et chaussons aux boudins noirs et aux pommes ici !<\/p>\n<p>La recette du jour fait partie de mon menu de No\u00ebl 2021 o\u00f9 je l\u2019utilise en tant qu\u2019entr\u00e9e mais elle peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre servie en plat principal. A d\u00e9guster sans mod\u00e9ration les soirs d\u2019hiver avec de belles tranches de pain et du fromage.<\/p>\n<p>Le cappuccino de ch\u00e2taignes est parfait pour d\u00e9marrer un repas de No\u00ebl : chaud et gourmand il apportera une touche de douceur \u00e0 votre repas. Les ch\u00e2taignes apportent une texture tr\u00e8s moelleuse et les champignons parfument l&rsquo;ensemble \u00e0 merveille.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous conseille cependant de ne pas servir un bol entier. Ce velout\u00e9 tel qu&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la recette a un go\u00fbt assez prononc\u00e9. Personnellement j&rsquo;en raffole mais certains pourront trouver qu&rsquo;un grand trop grand volume est \u00e9c\u0153urant. Coupez aussi les \u00e9chalotes et l\u2019oignon.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans une casserole, faites fondre \u00e0 feu doux le beurre et ajoutez les gousses d&rsquo;ail coup\u00e9es en 2 et \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote ou l\u2019oignon coup\u00e9 en morceaux (ou tranches) . Saler et cuire quelques minutes. Il faut que l\u2019ail soit un peu dor\u00e9 mais pas grill\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter les champignons et les ch\u00e2taignes dans la m\u00eame casserole. Les laisser r\u00e9duire un peu et brunir.\u00a0 Ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine. Attendez quelques instants puis recouvrir d&rsquo;eau et laissez cuire \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement pendant 20 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mixer le tout (si besoin ajouter encore un peu de bouillon ou d&rsquo;eau chaude, selon la texture souhait\u00e9e) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me plus ou moins \u00e9paisse.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous pouvez servir imm\u00e9diatement ou laissez refroidir.
