Chacun s&rsquo;affaire \u00e0 ses achats de cadeaux et songe avec envie \u00e0 tous les bons plats qu&rsquo;il va savourer cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la table des f\u00eates.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e8me : cette ann\u00e9e No\u00ebl c&rsquo;est chez vous que \u00e7a se passe et vous n&rsquo;\u00eates un peu \u00e0 court d&rsquo;id\u00e9es ou d\u00e9bord\u00e9s par l&rsquo;ampleur de la t\u00e2che. Pas de panique ! Je vous ai concoct\u00e9 un menu de f\u00eates pour 8 euros par personne : ap\u00e9ritif, entr\u00e9e, plat et dessert.<\/p>\n<p>Si si ! 32\u20ac pour une entr\u00e9e, un plat, un dessert et un ap\u00e9ritif. En ajoutant des b\u00fbchettes glac\u00e9es et des sabl\u00e9s ou des macarons pour le dessert, vous arriverez \u00e0 environ 38\u20ac soit 9.5\u20ac personnes. Il vous faudra bien s\u00fbr rajouter les boissons et d\u2019autres ajouts \u00e9ventuels si vous le souhaitez (caf\u00e9s, vin, chocolats, papillotes, autres ap\u00e9ritifs etc&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Mais vous aurez d\u00e9j\u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des festivit\u00e9s couvertes avec la liste que je vous propose.<\/p>\n<p>Car au-del\u00e0 du simple menu je souhaitais vous proposer un v\u00e9ritable guide pour le r\u00e9aliser. text_font=\u00a0\u00bbAlice||||||||\u00a0\u00bb text_line_height=\u00a0\u00bb1.8em\u00a0\u00bb max_width=\u00a0\u00bb120%\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Pr\u00e9parer les panna cotta :<br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me, le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9 ou la gousse de vanille.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Faites chauffer \u00e0 feu doux, il ne faut pas que le m\u00e9lange bouillisse.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\u00a0Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la g\u00e9latine et 3 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019eau froide. Laissez le m\u00e9lange gonfler pendant 2min.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ajoutez ensuite la g\u00e9latine dans le m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me et m\u00e9langez bien l&rsquo;ensemble pendant 1min.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Retirez la casserole du feu et versez imm\u00e9diatement le m\u00e9lange dans les verrines.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Laissez refroidir les verrines 15min puis placez les 12h au frigo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9parer la compote\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Epluchez et coupez 4 pommes golden. Placez les morceaux de pommes dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen. Recouvrez ensuite d\u2019eau et laissez cuire. Remuez de temps en temps. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez les cuisses de poulet. Surveillez et coupez le feu quand les pommes seront r\u00e9duites en compote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9parer les cuisses de poulet :<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Dans une grande sauteuse, faites fondre \u00e0 feu doux 20gr de beurre et ajoutez les cuisses de volaille \u00e0 feu vif. Faites les revenir quelques minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Il faut qu\u2019elles soient bien color\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Retirez la volaille de la sauteuse et conservez la \u00e0 part.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9parez la soupe de ch\u00e2taignes :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Retirer la terre des champignons.\u00c9plucher et couper les champignons d\u00e9s grossiers.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\u00c9goutter les ch\u00e2taignes et les hacher grossi\u00e8rement. Conservez quelques ch\u00e2taignes pour d\u00e9corer les bols \u00e0 la fin. Coupez aussi les \u00e9chalotes et l\u2019oignon.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Dans une casserole, faites fondre \u00e0 feu doux le beurre et ajoutez les gousses d&rsquo;ail coup\u00e9es en 2 et \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote ou l\u2019oignon coup\u00e9 en morceaux (ou tranches) . Saler et cuire quelques minutes. Il faut que l\u2019ail soit un peu dor\u00e9 mais pas grill\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ajouter les champignons et les ch\u00e2taignes dans la m\u00eame casserole. Les laisser r\u00e9duire un peu et brunir.\u00a0 Ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine. Attendez quelques instants puis recouvrir d&rsquo;eau et laissez cuire \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement pendant 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Mixer le tout (si besoin ajouter encore un peu de bouillon ou d&rsquo;eau chaude, selon la texture souhait\u00e9e) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me plus ou moins \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Laissez refroidir. Saupoudrez, si vous le souhaitez, avec un peu de sel, de poivre et de piment d&rsquo;espelette.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\u00a0Posez ensuite une tranche de boudin chaque rond avec de la compote.
