Cette recette de linguine au beurre et citron ressemble donc \u00e0 celles des caccio e pepe mais avec de petits ajouts avec ce que j\u2019avais dans le placard \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela nous donne une recette id\u00e9ale pour les soirs press\u00e9s ou si vos placards ne sont pas pleins. Sa pr\u00e9paration est express et les ingr\u00e9dients sont basiques : <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des p\u00e2tes, du beurre (et\/ou de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive), du jus de citron, une gousse d\u2019ail, du sel et du poivre et c&rsquo;est tout. Il y a donc fort \u00e0 parier que vous ayez d\u00e9j\u00e0 tout sous la main. A d\u00e9faut, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients classiques et peu co\u00fbteux qui se r\u00e9utiliseront pour bien d&rsquo;autres recettes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si j&rsquo;avais connu cette recette en \u00e9tant \u00e9tudiante (et si j&rsquo;avais aim\u00e9 le citron \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque !), elle serait s\u00fbrement devenu ma recette chouchou. J&rsquo;adore r\u00e9aliser cette recette les soirs o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai envie de manger quelque chose de gourmand mais o\u00f9 la fatigue se fait sentir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ces linguine au beurre et citron accompagneront parfaitement un poisson blanc, un pav\u00e9 de saumon, des crevettes ou une viande simplement grill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients frais ou non peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s pour enrichir la recette : basilic, parmesan, du piment ou du persil etc&#8230; Ma version pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e contient bien \u00e9videment une tonne de parmesan, un peu de piment (d\u2019Espelette) et du persil finement hach\u00e9. J&rsquo;adore \u00e9galement incorporer des rondelles de courgettes ou des tomates cerises coup\u00e9es en deux et confites dans la sauce&#8230; Un r\u00e9gal !<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cette recette se marie \u00e0 la perfection avec <a href=\"https:\/\/tartines-et-spaghetti.fr\/index.php\/categories\/cabillaud-chorizo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cette recette de cabillaud au chorizo<\/a>. Choisissez une po\u00eale assez grande pour pouvoir verser vos p\u00e2tes dessus \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois le beurre fondu, ajoutez l\u2019ail hach\u00e9, le jus de citron, le sel, le poivre. A ce stade, vous pouvez aussi ajouter le piment si vous souhaitez en ajouter.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez le feu d\u00e8s que l\u2019ail commence \u00e0 dorer. Il finira de cuire lentement dans le beurre encore chaud. Si vous d\u00e9sirez ajouter du basilic, du piment ou du persil h\u00e2ch\u00e9 vous pouvez le faire \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape ou lors du service.<\/li>\n<li>Quand les p\u00e2tes sont presques cuites, pr\u00e9levez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe ou deux d\u2019eau de cuisson et ajoutez les \u00e0 la sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Egouttez vos p\u00e2tes et m\u00e9langez les \u00e0 la sauce. Faites r\u00e9chauffer bri\u00e8vement la sauce.
