En entr\u00e9e, en ap\u00e9ritif ou m\u00eame en plat principal servie avec une grande salade, il est facile de l\u2019adapter en rempla\u00e7ant partiellement ou totalement la viande avec des l\u00e9gumes (courgettes, aubergines, petits pois par exemple).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je vous conseille d&rsquo;accompagner\u00a0 dans tous les cas ces samossa au b\u0153uf de feuilles de salade et de menthe.
